awhile back i read a post in which a w/mo with an axe did 194 damage

can anyone tell me how?

max out axe mastery Cleave or evascirate on a low level not to hard ive dont 190

Easy to do more than that with a sword.

Low level + no armor + hexed + below 50% HP + Final Thrust = HUGE damage
